Detailed Bounty Description - Join a 1 physician, 1 PA practice
- Board certified/board eligible
- Employee of St. Luke's with full benefits package
- $30,000 minimum starting bonus (3 year service forgiveness schedule)
- $50,000 minimum Loan Repayment ($12,500 at the completion of each year for the first 4 years)
- 2 year guarantee salary $400K (new grad)
- CME $5K annually
- Clinic office is on our campus, across from hospital, in same building as the ambulatory surgery center
- 1:4 call rotation (two other ENT physicians in community and all share call)
- Opportunity to buy into joint venture ambulatory surgery center after one year
- Relocation package available
- Stipends available ($5K/month)
